MenV4.com only provides digital tools for posting cargo, route planning, account communication, document exchange and marketplace visibility. Contracts, prices, transport execution, payment obligations and legal compliance are agreed directly between the companies using the platform.

MenV4.com does not guarantee that posted cargo, company data, prices, vehicle availability, timings, route estimates or payment information are accurate, complete or suitable. Each company must verify counterparties, authorisations, insurance, VAT data, permits, cargo details and contractual conditions before accepting or executing transport.

MenV4.com is not responsible for loss, damage, delay, non-payment, cancelled loads, incorrect documents, customs issues, ferry or tunnel bookings, route restrictions, fines, taxes, claims or disputes arising from relationships between users.
